PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburization machine construction component excellent in abrasion resistance, flexure fatigue strength and low cycle flexure fatigue strength and also excellent in machinability.SOLUTION: A carburization machine construction component contains, by mass%, C:0.10 to 0.30%, Si:0.01 to 0.25%, Mn:0.4 to 0.9%, S:0.003 to 0.050%, Cr:1.65 to 2.00%, Al:0.01 to 0.06%, Nb:0.01 to 0.06%, N:0.010 to 0.025% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Fn1 represented by the following formula (1) satisfies -35≤Fn1≤-30: Fn1=38×Si-7×Mn+7×Ni-17×Cr-10×Mo (1), where element symbol is substituted by the content of the element (mass%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
