PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack for equipment housing which can facilitate connection of a cable and fixation of equipment even if it is formed into a thin shape, and an installation method for the same.SOLUTION: A plurality of square holes 11, 11... are bored to a back plate 3, and cables K, K... can be temporarily fixed to a cable temporal fixing part in the state where the cables are bundled by winding a binding band 30 with insertion through the square holes 11, 11... or the like to the cables K, K... drawn to the front surface side of the back plate 3 for connection to equipment. Consequently, even if a rack 1 for equipment housing is formed into a thin shape with small depth, the cables K, K... for connection to other equipment are prevented from becoming obstructive, thereby the connection work of the cables K, K... and the fixation work of equipment being in the state where the cables K, K... are connected thereto can be facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
