PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for black rust particles, the method and device capable of efficiently manufacturing black rust particles, and to provide the black rust particles.SOLUTION: Cast iron is cut with a cutting tool while applying cutting oil (step S1). Then, the cutting oil is collected (step S2). Black rust particles are separated from the collected cutting oil (step S3). For the cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron or gray cast iron is used. When using the gray cast iron, a cutting speed between a cutting tool during the cutting and the gray cast iron is preferably 300 m/min or faster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
