PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impose restriction on a plurality of devices in terms of serving as management devices capable of changing a parameter of a radio network, and to enable a communication device to simply participate in the radio network.SOLUTION: A communication device of the present invention includes: acquisition means that acquires authentication information from another communication device; registration means that registers the other communication device depending on the authentication information acquired by the acquisition means as a first management device that has a right to let an external device participate in a radio network constructed by the communication device and is able to change a parameter of the radio network; and control means that performs control so that a plurality of other communication devices do not serve as the first management devices at the time of registration by the registration means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
