PURPOSE:To prevent false setting by automatically performing comparison between a new setting value and an old setting value upon setting operation, and recording the comparison result. CONSTITUTION:When a setting start switch in an operating circuit 11 is turned ON, a control circuit 13 receives a set value and stores the set value at a new set value area 141 in a memory 14 while stores an old set value 142 at an old set value area 142. When a set finish switch is turned ON, the control circuit 13 provides the comparison result between the new and old set values to a recording circuit 15. |
