摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a shaft heat treatment apparatus capable of improving wear resistance of the shaft and production output of heat treated shaft at the same time by heat treating shaft using high frequency. CONSTITUTION: The shaft heat treatment apparatus comprises a hopper(200) for receiving processed shafts and sequentially discharging the shafts; a roller unit(300) comprising a pair of rollers oppositely directed to each other and bordered with each other at a position corresponding to discharge ports(220) of the hopper so that the processed shaft is rested on the rollers; a guide and discharge unit(400) comprising a guide plate(420) which is installed in rear of the roller unit, and on which a guide groove(422) is formed such that the guide groove is connected to a border between the pair of rollers, and a discharge plate(440) which stacked such a way that the discharge plate is slidable with respect to the guide plate, and on which a discharge groove is formed in such a way that the discharge groove is selectively interlocked with the guide groove; a transfer bar(500) installed in front of the roller unit to transfer the processed shaft by pressing the processed shaft; and a heat treatment unit for heat treating the processed shaft rotated by the roller unit after being transferred by the transfer bar.
