PURPOSE:To easily take balance between the amount of air and that of a liquid and to efficiently bring air and the liquid to a contact state. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of packing materials 15 are successively arranged in a casing 11 in series from the front of the casing to the rear thereof. Air is successively transferred through the packing materials 15 from the foremost packing material 15 to the rearmost packing material 15, whereas a liquid is successively transferred from the rearmost packing material 15 to the foremost packing material 15 while allowed to flow down along the respective packing material 15.
