PURPOSE:To respectively well perform bonding and release by forming the release material layer composed of the extrusion resin layer of a low density polyethylene resin laminated to the upper surface of a support base material from a plurality of layers and subjecting the respective layers to extrusion molding at respectively different specific temps. CONSTITUTION:A release sheet 1 is constituted by laminating a release material layer 6 composed of an extrusion resin layer of a low density polyethylene resin on the upper surface of a support base material 2. In this case, the release material layer 6 is constituted of the first extrusion resin layer 4 positioned on the side of the support base material 2 and the second extrusion resin layer 5 laminated on the upper surface of the layer 4. The first extrusion resin layer 4 is subjected to extrusion molding at 310-330 deg.C being the temp. just under an extrusion die and the second extrusion resin layer 5 is subjected to extrusion molding at 240-280 deg.C being the temp. just under an extrusion die. The release surface of the release material layer 6 is held to a mirror surface state. By this constitution, good bonding generating no involution of air and uniform and good interfacial release can be performed.
