PURPOSE:To provide the nylon yarns capable of expressing unconventional aesthetic sense through realizing bulky effect owing to heteroshrinking filament yarn combination, interfiber void effect owing to caustic reduction, and dry touch owing to single fiber shape effect, all of which have never been expressed by conventional nylon yarns as a single component, and provide the method thereof. CONSTITUTION:The objective conjugate heteroshrinking combined filament yarns are characterized by that nylon 6 or nylon 66 and a polyester polymer are conjugated so as to be 20-50wt.% in the content of the polyester component with at least part of the polyester polymer exposed on the outer periphery of the fibers. The combined filament yarns are in the form of fiber assembly which is made up of group A and group B differing in shrink characteristics from each other with the boiling water shrinkage rate being <=10% for the group A and that for the group B>=20%. |
