PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording exhibiting good discharging properties and preservation stability and attaining a high printing density.

SOLUTION: This aqueous ink for inkjet recording comprises an aqueous dispersion of a water-insoluble vinyl polymer particle containing a colorant, where the aqueous ink for inkjet recording comprises at least two aqueous dispersions each containing a colorant different from each other in the same or similar water-insoluble vinyl polymer particles.
