MOBILE RADIO EQUIPMENT OPERATED IN PLURAL MODES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the mobile radio equipment to use a reception mixer and a reception IF filter for plural mobile communication systems in common with respect to the mobile radio equipment able to be in operation in the plural mobile communication systems employing different communication systems. SOLUTION: A signal sent from a radio base station is received by an antenna 1, amplified by a low noise amplifier 3 and the frequency of the signal is converted into an IF frequency by a reception mixer 4. After the IF signal is passed a reception IF filter 6, the filtered signal is demodulated by a demodulation section 11. A same reception IF frequency is let for plural different communication systems and a pass band width of the reception IF filter 6 is matched with that of a mobile communication system with a wider reception IF band to be required. Thus, the reception mixer 4 and the reception IF filter 6 are used in common for the different communication systems.
