<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation system with which an effective picture (and materials) for presentation can be prepared through a simple operation. SOLUTION: At the top part of display screen of this system, a software button group (1st menu) is provided for designating the kind of picture for presentation. Beside, at the left-most part of display screen, a software button group (2nd menu) is provided for selecting any drawing and explanation sentence. Further, at the bottom part of display screen, a software button group (3rd menu) is provided for instructing the preservation/printing, etc., of displayed picture for presentation. After a user selects the kind of materials for presentation to be prepared while using the 1st menu, the user calls any drawing and the explanation sentence corresponding to this drawing while using the 2nd menu, performs correction, expansion and reduction and repeatedly sticks them on the screen thereafter so that the relevant presentation materials can be prepared.</p> |
