<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance of a power supply wiring through which power is applied to a driving circuit without increasing the frame edge area, to reduce the frame edge area and to improve the reliability. SOLUTION: This panel is provided with a thin film transistor 11 connected to respective pixel electrodes arranged two-dimensionally, an array substrate 1 on which the transistors 11 and driving circuits 2 and 3 for driving the transistors 11 are formed, a counter substrate arranged opposedly to the substrate 1 and a liquid crystal layer 12 inserted between the substrate 1 and the opposing substrate. In the panel, a part of the power supply wiring of the circuits 2 and 3 is formed by reference potential wires (Cs lines) 20 of storage capacitors 14 provided in each pixel within the display area.</p> |
