Formulation contains, wt.-%: lubricant - self-emulsifying oil, 0.25-1.0; sizing agent - dicyanodiamido-formaldehyde resin, or polyvinylacetate emulsion, or synthetic latex, or polyurethane, etc., or their combinations, 0.75- 7.5; plasticizer - dibutyl phthalate, or dibutyl sebacate, or dioctyl phthalate, or di-iso-amyl phthalate, 0.2-3.5; film forming agent - polyterpenes, or soap stock, or colophony, 0.2-2.5; emulsifier, 0.5- 1.7; finishing agents - alpha-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, or N-beta- (aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, or triamino-functional silane, 0.1-0.5; vinyltriethoxyethoxysilane, or vinyltrimethoxysilane, or vinyltriethoxysilane, or gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.2-0.6; or cocondensates, 0.1-0.35; or their combinations; acetic acid, 0.03-0.1; and water, the balance.
