FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with unloading of a hip joint, mobilization of sacroiliac articulation in horizontal plane at traction distally towards the lower limb along its axis at the side of a damage, and fixation of opposite pelvic half in inguinal area. At the side of a damage at constant impact upon pelvic area it is necessary to conduct slow flection of the lower limb in both knee and hip joints to achieve right angle followed by applying a hip towards a body in direction towards a shoulder at the side of manipulation, then the lower limb is directed towards the opposite shoulder and, at last, it should be returned into horizontal position. EFFECT: higher efficiency to eliminate a shift in a joint due to a single-acting impact. 2 dwge
