PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit program information based on the preference of users to show program information in matching with the preference of the users efficiently. SOLUTION: The device edits program specific information to specify a program and program information including a program broadcast time and program contents. The device is provided with a program information storage section 103 that stored the program information, a priority information storage section 105 that stores priority information including a pair of priority condition that reflects contents of preference of programs by users and priority that reflects a degree of preference by the users, a personal program information generating section 107 that provides the priority corresponding to the priority condition in cross reference with the program specific information when each program information satisfies any of the priority conditions, and a program information schedule section 109 that extracts the program specific information of all programs where all or part of program broadcast times are overlapped and the priority provided to each program specific information, decides the priority of the program specific information in the order of higher priority to schedule the program information in the unit of programs.
