PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the stable electrophotographic system free of deterioration of charge characteristic and rise of residual potential even in the case of repeated uses without losing high sensitivity. SOLUTION: This dispersion solution contains titanylphthalocyanine having a maximum diffraction peak at Bragg angle 2θof 26.2±0.2 deg. in the Cu-Kαcharacteristic X-ray (whose wavelength is 1.514Å), and polyvinyl acetal having an acetyl value of >=4 mol.%, and this invention relates to the electrophotographic photoreceptor and the electrophotographic system and the electrophotographic device and the process cartridge for the electrophotographic device for which this dispersion solution is used.
