<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid oxidation catalyst which is manufactured at a low cost by depositing palladium and tellurium on a carrier as active components while restraining the generation of nitrogen oxides and exhibits high activity/high selectivity enough to be satisfied industrially and to provide a method for producing an oxidatively-addition product, in which an oxygen nucleophilic agent is added to an olefin or an aromatic compound oxidatively so that the product corresponding to the olefin or the aromatic compound can be produced in high yield enough to be satisfied industrially. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the solid oxidation catalyst comprises a step to bring a liquid medium, which contains a palladium halide, a tellurium compound and salt of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline-earth metal, into contact with the carrier and a step to dry and reduce the liquid medium-contacted carrier. This method for producing the oxidatively-addition product comprises a step to oxidatively add the oxygen nucleophilic agent to the olefin or the aromatic compound in the presence of the catalyst manufactured by this method and molecular oxygen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
