<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of damage or cracks in the joined base part of an expansion bag when damage occurs in a part of a pipeline, the expansion bag is expanded and a pipe body is sealed. SOLUTION: A shut-off device is provided with a guiding cylinder 4 arranged in a housing so as to be moved vertically, a cylindrical body moved up and down in the guiding cylinder 4 and a plug main body 8 attached to one end side of the cylindrical body 8 so as to be freely expanded, and after the guiding cylinder 4 is lowered, a pipe body is sealed by the expansion of the plug main body 8. In this case, a connecting part engaged with an opening end formed in one end of the guiding cylinder 4 is provided in one end of the cylindrical body, the port part of the plug main body 8 is attached to the connecting part, and by lowering the guiding cylinder 4 during the shutting-off of the pipe body, the opening thereof is inserted into the pipe body and, in the connecting part is locked in the opening end of the guiding cylinder 4, the entire plug is expanded.</p> |
