<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-restoring and growing agent which controls the shift of a growing period to a resting period in a hair cycle to extend the growing period, thereby exhibiting a good hair-restoring and growing effect and also an excellent hair falling-preventing effect. <P>SOLUTION: This hair-restoring and growing agent is characterized by comprising (A) at least one of 6-benzylaminopurine compounds represented by general formula (I) and their derivatives, and (B) the solvent extract of at least one Labiatae plant selected from Perilla frutescens, Lavandula vera, Plectranthus japonicus, Rosmarinus officinalis, Isodon japonicus, Melissa officinalis, Lamium album, Salivia miltiorhiza and Coleus forskohli. It is preferable that at least one compound selected from fatty acids having odd carbon atom chain lengths, their derivatives, aliphatic alcohols having odd carbon atom chain lengths, and their derivatives is further contained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
