摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obliquely cut a fish or the like even when a skilled cooking technique is not provided by using a base plate equipped with a groove in the longitudinal direction of a central part, a thick stable ruler having an inclined side face and a cooking stand which notches a terminal part and attached a roller to that notch. SOLUTION: In the case of oblique cutting to slice raw fish, a cooking stand 7 is placed on the groove of a base plate 1. A stable ruler 7 is placed on the stable ruler placing face of the base plate 1. A cooking material such as fish is placed on the cooking stand 5. The cooking stand 5 is placed on the base plate 1 so that one part of the cooking stand 5 can enter the lower notched part of the stable ruler 7. A kitchen knife is lowered along with the slope of the stable ruler 7 and the cooking material is cut. The cooking stand 5 is moved forward while turning the roller of the cooking stand 5 with a finger and the cooking material is successively cut. When the cooking material is not cut down but is obliquely slit, the cooking material is directly placed on the groove of the base plate 1. When the kitchen knife is lowered along with the slope of the stable ruler 7, the cooking material is easily slit.
