PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which improves comfort during sleeping and especially stabilizes the head and the cervical vertebrae so as to be used in a stable state matched to a personal body form. SOLUTION: Concerning this pillow, a first pillow body 1 in the shape of cylinder composed of three chambers and a second pillow body 2 in the shape of cylinder wider than the first pillow body are combined, the second pillow body 2 is integrated with a divided pillow body almost as large as the first pillow body 1, further, a central chamber 12 among three chambers 11, 12 and 13 of the first pillow body 1 is longer than the left and right chambers, and the chambers constituting the first and second pillow bodies 1 and 2 are provided with opening/closing parts 111, 112, 113 and 212 for putting in/out fillings.
