PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission limiting device capable of getting out from an idle running condition caused by the out of course and the like only by partially altering a conventional bleeder inexpensively with a simple structure, and capable of being operated only when needed without giving the influence on normal travelling. SOLUTION: An introduction side main passage 31 and a discharge side main passage 33, communicated to a pressure chamber 29 defined in a cylinder body 22 by a piston 28, and an engagement hole 34 intersecting to both main passages 32, 33 are formed on the cylinder body 22, a bleeder 24 having a bleeder plug 25 movably inserted into the engagement hole 34, is mounted, the bleeder plug 25 is provided with a communicating path 37, and diameter contraction parts 38, 39, and both main passages 32, 33 are selectively communicated and cut off through the diameter contraction parts 38, 39 by the forward and backward movement of the bleeder plug 25.
