摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the excessive heat load in a bosh part by specifying a bosh angle, bosh length and iron tapping ratio in the bosh part. SOLUTION: The furnace body shape of a blast furnace is formed so as to satisfy the inequalityθ<=91.7-3.17×L on the relation of the angleθof the bosh angle 2 and the length L(m) of the bosh length 3 in the bosh part 1. Further, the blast furnace is operated in >=2.0 t/d.m3 iron tapping ratio. In this way, the furnace wall temp. in the bosh part 1 can be restrained to <=150 deg.C. The furnace body of the blast furnace is constituted with an iron shell and a furnace body cooling part, such as stave, cooling panel or cooling pipe, in the inside of the iron shell and further, laid with refractory brick in the inside thereof. It is important of the selection and the maintenance control to a system of the furnace body cooling part as the protecting means of the blast furnace body or to the refractory brick. The temp. in the bosh part can be further reduced by regulating the bosh angle and the bosh length in the bosh part of the blast furnace to in the suitable ranges.
