PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylene-cyclic olefin copolymer having a low melting point and a high crystallization temperature, and a wide distribution of crystalline. SOLUTION: This propylene-cyclic olefin copolymer has the following characteristics: a melting point (Tm) is 100-160 deg.C; the melting point (Tm) is related to a crystallization temperature (Tc) in the numerical expression Tc>0.27×Tm+70; a shape of a melting curve measured by DSC(differential scanning calorimetry) has a shoulder peak at a high temperature side of a central peak temperature, and a temperature difference (Th-Tm) between a temperature (Th) located at a high temperature side of the central peak temperature and a central peak temperature(Tm) in the peak width at the half height of the peak of the melting curve is 3 deg.C or more; and Mw/Mn is 3 or less.
