PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for procuring materials while integrating orders or distributing a risk by finding a common transaction destination, namely, order recipient out of plural order sources. SOLUTION: In the system for procuring materials from the order recipient of the transaction destination with plural order sources having respectively original code systems, a name collecting master 115 is provided for relating an article name code originally provided by each of transaction destinations to the material code of the order source and when procuring required materials from the transaction destination, while referring to the name collecting master, procurement from the plural order sources is collected as needed and designated by the orderer article code. Further, this system is provided with an order processing part 15 equipped with a means 151 for integrating the material orders with the article names of respective order sources while referring to the name collecting master when there is the same article name of the order recipient and a means 152 for dividing the order to the other order recipient while referring to the name collecting master when materials scheduled to order more than a prescribed number is required. |
