PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimate data processor which can increase the speed of estimated price calculation and perform the estimated price calculation more accurately by decreasing the amount of information and lightening the burden on input and also easily grasp the estimated price of specifications of a building. SOLUTION: This processor is equipped with a CAD data storage means for storing CAD data on room layout information, etc., of a steel-frame building, a component data storage means, a unit-price-by-type input means which inputs unit prices by types per floor obtained by summing up standard material costs determined by the numbers of columns and floor area of respective floors and the cost of construction, a data input means for inputting individual information by steel-frame buildings, an estimate calculating means which calculates the estimated price of the steel-frame building, and an estimate display means which displays the estimated price; and the estimate calculating means calculates the estimated price by increasing or decreasing the price by a CAD data, component data, and data input means for the unit prices by the types. |
