PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for custom-made house planning which make it possible to advance the planning of a house as the client takes the initiative and images. SOLUTION: This custom-made house planning system comprises a house model display part 11 which visually displays a house model and a plan specification generation part 12 which generates plan specifications needed to specify implementation specifications representing the concrete construction contents of a house model having been corrected as the client images through the model display part 11. Further, the custom-made house planning system is equipped with a plan specification registration part 21 which registers the mentioned plan specifications and an inquiry part 26 which inquires the plan specifications of the plan specification registration part 21 of individual implementation specification presenters according to an inquiry list in which the implementation specification presenters consisting of plural constructors, etc., presenting implementation specifications including implementation estimates of the plan specifications are previously registered. |
