PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving control terminal and an entering/ leaving control system capable of effectively conducting control of entering and leaving areas, shortening time from reading a card till completion of determination, and smoothly allowing entering and leaving. SOLUTION: The entering/leaving control terminal and the entering/leaving control system provided with the entering/leaving control terminal are provided with a reading means to read personal information of a user recorded in the card of the user, and an area information indicting a first area where the user exists, a determination means to determine if move of the user from the first area to a second area can be permitted or not based on the personal information and area information indicating the first area read by the reading means, and a recording means to renew the area information indicating the first area into area information indicating the second area when it is determined by the determination means that the move of the user can be permitted. By thus controlling the area information, entering and leaving can be securely and speedily controlled based on less information, thereby correct users to enter or leave can be determined without keeping them waiting. |
