<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim to improve welding in a ultrasonic welder or a resistance welder at the connector portion, when a plurality of connector portions are equipped on moving body of a cable reel. SOLUTION: A plurality of connector portions are provided to protrude from the upper end of the moving body and a bus bar which is welded with the conductor exposed at the end of the flat cable, is provided to protrude in parallel from each connector portion. These bus bars and the terminal core wires of the cable of the outside circuit are welded with an anvil and a horn of an ultrasonic welder or a resistance welder. The above welding is made possible by rotating the moving body at the normal position in a state assembled with the fixed body, while the arrangement positions of the above plural connector portions are disposed at deviated positions from the symmetrical positions rather than the symmetrical positions to the straight line crossing the center of the moving body.</p> |
