PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating film-protective sheet highly adhesive in good operating efficiency even to a coating film tending to leave stains thereon and capable of sustaining the resultant good adhesion for a long period, easily peelable after attaining the purpose of protection with seldom causing coating film staining, therefore needing no washing treatment of the coating film. SOLUTION: This coating film-protective sheet is obtained by providing a substrate with a rubber-based adhesive layer formed by compounding a rubber- based polymer with at least a copolymer of an aromatic compound and a terpene-based compound or aliphatic hydrocarbon compound.
