PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic computer system calculating and reporting a summed-up result until decided time in a business data processing such as a work data processing using the electronic computer system and to provide a prompt report method in the electronic computer system. SOLUTION: The electronic computer system performing the business data processing including an online processing is provided with a daily processing means (203) summing up data records collected in the business data processing until prescribed time and calculating the summed-up result, an extraction processing means (215) extracting the data records at random from the data records collected in the business data processing and a prompt report processing means (225) calculating the summed-up result at prescribed time by using the data record extracted by the extraction processing means and performing prompt reporting.
