TOUCH PANEL AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS USING THE SAME

A touch panel includes a resin plate, a first film having one surface on which a first conductive film is formed and the other surface attached to the resin plate, a second film having a second conductive film formed on a surface opposing to the first conductive film of the first film, and a third film attached to a surface of the resin plate opposite to the surface where the first film is attached. Furthermore, attachment of the first film to the resin plate and attachment of the third film to the resin plate are performed via an adhesive layer. In a touch panel thus produced, it is possible to reduce warp of the touch panel caused by temperature and humidity changes during the production and after the production. Accordingly, the touch panel can be applied to a large−size display apparatus.
