PURPOSE: A finishing method of a three-dimensional embroidery pattern is characterized by planting a special patterns fine on a surface of embroidered material like textile, leather sheet and soft resin sheet, preventing embroidery thread from being separated from the surface of embroidered material and reducing a production cost. Embroidery has beautiful appearance and excellent visual effect. CONSTITUTION: A finishing method of a three-dimensional embroidery pattern is as follows: piling an insert material having elasticity and ductility on a surface of embroidered material; piling an auxiliary cover on a surface of the insert material; embroidering a special embroidery pattern in plural yarns with an embroidering machine; coating a back of the embroidered material formed the special embroidery pattern with a sticky material; pressurizing the embroidered material and the insert material by using an upper pressure roller and a lower pressure roller, and simultaneously transferring the embroidered material and the insert material in a special direction; setting a cutter on a position faced with transfer direction of the transferred embroidered material and the insert material; regulating height of the cutter relatively to the upper pressure roller and the lower pressure roller to regulate height of embroidery thread forming the embroidery pattern; cutting the insert material which the embroidery thread is set in, on proper thickness; and then separating the residual insert material adhered on the embroidered material. |
