An antitumor combination containing a stilbene derivative and an anticancer compound chosen from taxanes, alkylating agents, antimetabolites, vinca alkaloids, epidophylloptoxins, and antibiotics as the active ingredients is provided. There are also provided methods of using these pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of solid carcinomas and the like. |
