PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent which exhibits a good detergency and rinsability to various electronic parts, fixtures, screen plates and the like and readily removes liquid crystals, resists, inks and the like remaining in them. SOLUTION: The detergent is composed of (A) not less than one kind of hydrophilic solvent selected from the group consisting of 8-20C hydrocarbons and aliphatic alkyl carboxylates having the total number of carbons of 4-16, (B) an aliphatic 8-26C alcohol having a melting point of below 20°C, (C) a glycol ether expressed by general formula (1), (D) not less than one kind of ionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of compounds expressed by general formula (2) and compounds expressed by general formula (3) and (E) water.
