<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive composite of color filters which can form red pixels of high light transmittance and contrast ratio with a high production yield, while leaving no or very little foreign matters on the pixels. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive composite for color filters contains (A) pigment, (B) alkali soluble resin, (C) polyfunctional monomer and (D)a radiation sensitive radical generation agents, and satisfies the following conditions (1) or (2). (1) (A) pigment contains 20% or higher weight of C.I. pigment red 175, and the average particle diameter r of the (A) pigment (in units of nm) is 50≤r≤300. (2) (A) pigment contains 20% or higher in weight of C.I. pigment red 175, and the contrast ratio is 500 or higher for the formed pixel film of 1.60 μm thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
