The system has a data line device connecting the actuators (1-9) of an aircraft seat and the actuators (10-18) of at least one further aircraft seat to a common control unit (21). Each actuator is supplied with power by at least two supply units (23,24) and if the control unit fails at least one actuator takes over the function of the control unit, for which at least one actuator is equipped with suitable software. |
