The ball stool has an integrated light formed from battery operated LED light diodes. The light can have a switched or remote controlled colour changer, picture changer, beamer or laser. The ball surface can be transparent or translucent with a rear projection surface (2). It can sit on a convex base or cylindrical body on rollers. It can be removed from the cylindrical body to provide storage space underneath.
