PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly adjust the whole body of a heat storage board to a uniform temperature and to resultantly control a specimen in each well of a micro plate mounted thereon at the uniform temperature. SOLUTION: This constant temperature oven is equipped with the heat storage board 12 for transmitting heat to the micro plate 10 mounted on its upper surface and a temperature control means 14 disposed on the rear side of the storage board to adjust the temperature of the storage board. In this oven, an elastic heat conduction sheet 16 is interposed between the storage board 12 and the control means 14 in such a state as to directly make contact with the two while disposing the conduction sheet 16 to be extended to a height equal to or higher than the upper surface along a peripheral side surface of the storage board 12.
