The invention relates to a smoking rod whereon Praguer sausages are intended to be placed during thermal processing, which is provided with some smoke orienting orifices (2) of tubular shape and triangular cross section, at the top part of the rod, above each orifice (2), there being provided some grooves (3) for positioning the sausages in front of the respective orifices (2). |
