PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western-style toilet bowl device which automatically informs a user of the necessity of cleaning a toilet bowl by monitoring the using state of the toilet bowl. SOLUTION: This western-style toilet bowl device has a function of automatically informing a cleaning request by monitoring the using state of a toilet bowl. The device includes: a determination means 20 for comparing at least either one of the use information of the toilet bowl and the dirt information of the toilet bowl with predetermined reference information, and determining the using state, in a predetermined timing; and informing means 18a, 18b for outputting a cleaning request signal, wherein according to the comparison and determination result of the determining means, the informing means is operated to output the cleaning request signal.
