PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump with very simple structure and high durability, in which the size can be easily reduced. SOLUTION: A drive circuit DR shown in Fig.1 detects positions of two minute spheres 4 of magnetic bodies by a sensor not shown in the figure, so as to select and excite electromagnets 5A, 5D separated from the minute spheres in a clockwise direction. The minute spheres 4 of the magnetic bodies are urged by magnetic forces generated from the electromagnets 5A, 5D, and are about to move in the clockwise direction. Since remaining minute spheres 3 are not affected by the magnetic forces, they are pushed by the minute spheres 4 and are moved in the same direction. When all of the minute spheres 3, 4 in a circulation passage R move in the same direction, fluid in the circulation passage moves in the same direction together with the minute spheres.
