摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir device by which an observing pathway for observing the inside of the reservoir from the above, or a water discharging pathway can be easily secured. SOLUTION: The reservoir device comprises a first parallel establishment configuration K1 and a second parallel establishment configuration K2. In the first parallel establishment configuration K1, first multilayer elements S1 and second multilayer elements S2 are bedded in a manner that longer sides of the second multilayer elements S2 correspondingly come into contact or come close to the outer right and left sides of all the first multilayer elements S1 so that all linear mountain parts may be arranged parallel. In the second parallel establishment configuration K2, the first multilayer elements S1 are bedded in a manner that; the linear mountain parts thereof perpendicularly intersect the linear mountain parts of the first parallel establishment configuration K1; the centers of the first multilayer elements S1 may be positioned at cross-shaped intersecting points formed by corners of the second multilayer elements S2 and the second multilayer elements S2, or the first multilayer elements S1 and the second multilayer element S2 of the first parallel establishment configuration K1, respectively; and the first multilayer elements S1 or the second multilayer elements S2 are bedded on the remaining positions. The first parallel establishment configuration K1 and the second parallel establishment configuration K2 are alternately piled, and positions of holes formed in the first multilayer elements S1 and the second multilayer elements S2 are made to be vertically conformed to each other.
