PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencing louver having sound insulating performance, while simultaneously securing ventilation performance, in the silencing louver for reducing a noise sound wave transmitted to the other from a noise source existing in one of a wall body via an air vent of an out-fitting louver. SOLUTION: The louver is formed by slantingly installing a blade body in the air vent formed on a wall surface. A silencing chamber is arranged inside the blade body, and an opening is arranged on a surface opposed to the air vent. A first reflecting plate having a curved surface shape and a second reflecting plate having a plane shape, are installed in this opening. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
