PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive member, a manufacturing method of the anticorrosive member, and a concrete structure, which maintain structural unity of the concrete structure and the anticorrosive member over a long period, with the excellent anticorrosive (corrosion resistant) effect. SOLUTION: The anticorrosive member 1 for the concrete structure includes a support 10 and nonwoven fabric 20. The support 10 is mainly composed of a synthetic resin material. The nonwoven fabric 20 is welded on one surface 15 of the support 10. The anticorrosive member 1 is used by being combined with the concrete structure such as a drain pipe, a manhole and a septic treatment tank. That is, this concrete structure includes the anticorrosive member 1 and a base body part 4. The base body part 4 has an inside space partitioned by an inner peripheral surface 40.
