PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of remotely controlling remote locking of a mobile terminal, a radio communication system, a remotely controllable mobile terminal, and a program used for such a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal has stored a predetermined calling number of a center station and a pregenerated unique password, and the center station receives a message including information indicating operations that the mobile terminal should perform and user information regarding the mobile terminal from the user terminal, generates a unique password when the user information in the message matches user information stored in the center station, and transmits a message including the predetermined calling number, commands, and the unique password to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal performs the operations indicated by the transmitted commands when the calling number and unique password in the received message match the calling number and unique password stored in the mobile terminal.
