A variable power transmission device for a joint of a tractor is provided to allow shafts to be slide smoothly when separating or assembling the shaft by linking a second and a third shaft with a spring and exerting regular elasticity to the shaft through an elongated hole. A variable power transmission device for a joint of a tractor comprises a main power shaft(22), a second shaft(23), a third shaft(24), an elongated hole(28), a moving connection ring(25), and a spring ring(26). The second and the third shafts are assembled in the main power shaft engaged with a joint(20). The elongated hole is formed at a part of the main power shaft. The moving connection ring is installed at a part of the second shaft. The spring ring is formed at a part of a joint(21) engaged with the third shaft to assemble the spring to the moving connection ring and the spring ring.
