Provided is an apparatus for cutting tteok(Korean rice cake) to allow the discharged tteok to be cut by a constant length with forming a certain design to the discharge tteok. The apparatus(10) comprises an extruder(100) which has a head part(102) provided with a molding hole(101), a rotation roller(21) which is installed at the head part and is rotated by the tteok(200) discharged from the molding hole; an idle roller(31) which is installed so as to be adjacent to the rotation roller; a cutting roller(36) which is installed so as to be adjacent to the idle roller and is provided with a cutter(35) at the outer circumference; a drive motor which drives the cutting roller; and a control device which senses the number of rotation of the rotation roller to control the rotation of the motor. |
