PURPOSE: A ground reinforcing method under a structure is provided to stabilize a ground by sequentially injecting grout into the ground under the structure and forming a reaction zone, and to maximize construction efficiency by controlling hardening time of grout accurately. CONSTITUTION: An injection hole is formed in a ground under a structure(S1), and a plant with a grout pump, an injection pipe, an automatic opening valve, a displacement measuring apparatus and a controller is installed(S2). Bearing force is reinforced(S3), and quick setting grout is injected sequentially and repeatedly to plural injection points by switching. Plural disks are formed around an end of the injection pipe, and stacked between a basic reinforcing body and the structure. Washing fluid such as water is injected through the injection pipe after finishing processing(S6). To reinforce bearing force, a grout compound with hardening time of 30 to 90 seconds is manufactured by mixing a hardening mixture including Sodium Silicate of 27.8 to 31.8 % and water of 68.2 to 72.2 % and a grout mixture including cement of 28 to 34 %, B of 2 to 4 %, P of 0 to 6 % and water of 56 to 70 %, and sequentially injected to plural injection points. |
